• The Honourable Haider Zameer Choudrey is Chief Executive Officer of Bestway Group, the UK's 7th largest family-owned business with an annual turnover of £4.7 billion.
• He serves as a Board Member of United Bank Limited, Bestway Cement Limited, Well Pharmacy and Bestway Wholesale.
• He was elevated to the UK House of Lords as Baron Choudrey in 2019 for his outstanding contributions to international trade and philanthropy, and trained with KPMG UK LLP as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

• Mr. Muhammad Danish Khan has served as Chief Financial Officer at Bestway Cement Limited since 2019, overseeing financial strategy for one of Pakistan's leading cement manufacturers, having previously led the company's Budgeting, Treasury and Reporting function.
• He brings international experience from Three, the AA, Deloitte and Ernst & Young (UK), bringing global best practices to local operations.
• A graduate of Government College University, Lahore, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and ACCA (UK), with proven expertise in financial strategy, treasury management and corporate finance across manufacturing and services sectors.

Mr. Shabbir Hamza Khandwala

• Mr. Shabbir Hamza Khandwala is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with over 40 years of diversified experience across banking, investment banking, mutual funds, manufacturing and professional services.
• He served as Chief Financial Officer and Group Head Finance at Meezan Bank from March 2005 to September 2022, playing a key role in strategic planning as the bank grew to become the fourth largest in Pakistan.
• He previously held senior executive roles at KASB Group for a decade, including CEO of KASB Securities, CEO of KASB Premier Fund, and Executive Director of Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari & Co. Ltd, and began his career with Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd and A.F.
• Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants.
• He currently serves as Independent Director on the Board of Lucky Cement Limited, and as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Macpac Films Limited.

Mr. Masood Karim Shaikh

• Mr. Masood Karim Shaikh is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of senior-level experience in Pakistan's financial sector.
• He retired in 2017 as SEVP & Group Chief, International Banking Group at National Bank of Pakistan, where he managed the bank's international operations across 18 countries spanning the Far East, Central Asia, Middle East, Europe and the Americas, having previously held key executive positions including CFO and Group Chief, Corporate & Investment Banking.
• He also served as Country Head, Corporate & Investment Banking at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, and held senior positions at Emirates Bank International, Mashreq Bank and MCB Bank as CFO, Head of Treasury and Head of Card Division, and as COO at KASB Bank.
• He has served on the Boards of United National Bank plc (UBL UK), Siemens Pakistan, National Fullerton Asset Management Fund as Chairman (NAFA), Atlas Power, Taurus Securities and Maple Leaf Cement.
• He currently works as an independent financial and management consultant, and serves as Non-Executive & Independent Director on the Boards of Fauji Trans Terminal Limited, Lucky Cement Limited, Fazal Cloth Mills Limited and Child Life Care Foundation.
